Our Story
In 1994, Lynbrook of Annapolis was founded by bringing together the work experiences of Raymond Gauthier and Bryan Beauchemin with over 40 years in the trade. Ray learned the craftsmanship of the building trade from his father. In addition to their construction management expertise, Ray and Bryan also know the importance of good financial practices and controlling costs. With a talented and dedicated staff, Lynbrook continues to earn accolades from architects and homeowners alike who recommend them to others looking to build or renovate a fine home — a Lynbrook Legacy Home.
